My Business for Agents is a complete financial management software included with the brokerage account, but separate from the brokerage account with single sign-on functionality, that allows agents to receive commission income via Zipi Pay and manage their own finances: invoices/bills from the brokerage, commission payouts, chart of accounts, bank and/or credit card transactions and reconciliation, and reporting. A one-time $5 fee is charged to the agent when connecting a bank account to Zipi Pay.
My Business+ is an optional feature that is subscribed to directly by the agent. MB+ includes all features in My Business for Agents plus the ability to send funds via Zipi Pay or use the automated bank feed option for easier bank reconciliation and reporting.
We get paid when you get paid. Deals are only deducted from your account when they are paid or closed. Volume discount available when deals purchased in bulk (Growth & Enterprise Plans).
Yes, Growth and Enterprise plans reflect the lowest volume pricing. The more deals purchased in bulk the greater the per deal discount.
Any transaction in the Deals module that is paid or closed in your Zipi account.
You can purchase deals and load them in your Company account settings or you can configure the system to auto-reload as deals are closed.
Zipi Pay offers next day electronic funds transfers (EFT) up to $50,000 (individual transfers, not aggregate). The funds you wish to transfer must be readily available in your Zipi Pay balance.
Historical deals are separate licenses and can be purchased at a discounted rate.
